Truck Stock Inventory Program

How would you like to have a truck that is always stocked with your fastest-moving parts and not have to pay for them until they sell? You can by using the Smart Stock programs offered through NSA and Encompass Supply Chain Solutions. The program offers:

  • Truck stock includes the parts you sold the most during the last 30 days.
  • Stock is evaluated and rotated every month so you are assured you have the parts you need.
  • Reports show your fastest-moving parts last month.
  • You decide which parts you want to stock.
  • Simply return any parts not used at the end of the month and receive full credit for them.
  • Payment is made 21 days after the end of the month you used the parts. That generally gives you time to collect payment before you pay for the parts (or after 60 days in stock).

Flexible Payment Frequency & Method

Service providers select their preferred payment frequency and method of payment from the following options:

Direct Deposit to Bank
Funds are directly deposited to your bank on 5th for work completed from the 16th through the end of the month. Funds are deposited on the 20th for work completed on the 1st through the 15th of the month.

Credit Card
Payment every week. NSA provides a credit card that can be run on Tuesday of each week for the work completed through Sunday.
