PATIENT SATISFACTION STAR RATINGS
Patient Satisfaction Star Ratings are calculated by CMS based on the Home Health Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HHCAHPS) Survey. These ratings include measures like the care received from the home health provider, communication between the home health agency and the patient, specific care issues including safety, pain management and medication, and an overall rating of care provided. Ohio Valley Home Health is above the national average when it comes to patient satisfaction.
