Home Health Care
Our Home Health Aides provide help with many of the activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, transferring, incontinent care, eating, and walking. They may also assist with meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, transportation and companionship. This level of care is often an important part of the post-hospitalization recovery process, especially during the weeks immediately following discharge when the patient still requires some level of regular physical assistance. We also provide respite care in situations where a family member is the primary caregiver, but needs a temporary break from those responsibilities.
Unlike other agencies, all of our Home Health Aides are state certified, and many have their CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) designation as well; this is one more example of our commitment to provide only the highest level of care for every patient.
